We are an unofficial, unpaid, unstoppable neighborhood body formed in 2025 to advocate for Noe Valley’s quality of life. From transit access to macaroni preservation, we take every neighborhood issue — big or small — seriously (and sometimes humorously). But we are not playing around.
Our council exists for the people (and pups) of Noe Valley. Whether it’s keeping sidewalks safe, bike docks clear, or parks welcoming, we believe our community deserves infrastructure that matches the neighborhood’s spirit.
We raise awareness in creative ways: proclamations, posters, and sometimes satire. But we also celebrate Noe Valley’s unique culture — from street fairs to farmer’s markets — because civic pride should be fun.
Independent shops are the heart of Noe Valley. Our council advocates for safe, accessible streets so residents and visitors can support the boutiques, bakeries, and bookstores that keep the neighborhood thriving.
We envision Noe Valley as a model of urban charm and resilience. The Town Square is where neighbors gather, ideas are shared, and community thrives. From transit access to cultural identity, we work (and joke) for a better neighborhood future.💌 Have an issue around town and need help?!
